The business relied on fragmented tools, manual data entry, and paper-based workflows across field operations.
- Work reports were created manually on-site
- Data had to be duplicated across multiple systems
- Document handling was inconsistent and error-prone
- Processing time was slow and difficult to scale
There was no single source of truth for operations, documents, and calculations.
On the public side, BMCore did not have a proper website — limiting positioning, trust, and any structured path from discovery to conversation.

We conducted a full operational analysis of the workflow — from field data capture to document generation and reporting.
We identified:

Based on this, we designed a system architecture that centralizes data, automates calculations, and standardizes workflows — and we defined how the public presentation layer should work alongside it, so external credibility and internal execution stay aligned.

We developed a custom digital platform tailored to field operations, and we designed and built the public BMCore website from scratch — two deliverables that function as one coherent system.

At the core of the operations stack is a mobile-first application designed for workers on-site.

The website is the external business layer: a strong, modern presence that presents BMCore professionally and supports conversion, while the internal application carries field execution, validation, and automation. Together they form the full digital footprint — public credibility and operational control in sync.

We built full-stack software covering data, logic, document generation, and the public marketing site — shipped as separate surfaces with shared standards. The stack runs locally and in production with scalable infrastructure.
Centralized database (PostgreSQL + Prisma) for structured data storage
Snapshot-based architecture to ensure consistency of calculations and documents
Dynamic document engine (PDF generation via Puppeteer) for automated reports and invoices
